Challenge

Our client’s mission was to bring structure to their brand and centralize their identity.

Heavens Pre-School was on the path to becoming a household name with over 60 locations, but faced a challenge with decentralized franchise management. The school offers a holistic, Islamic values-based education focused on character development, Quranic studies, and academic excellence. It fosters children’s growth in physical, cognitive, and social-emotional areas while promoting active parental involvement.
Goal

We aimed to elevate the brand by developing comprehensive brand guidelines that articulated the vision and provided clear SOP strategies.

The key goal was elevating brand quality, which we achieved by introducing structure and meaning to every aspect of the visual identity. After extensive research, we designed a logo for Heavens Pre-School incorporating icons of a boy and girl, representing the student community. Basic shapes symbolize core elements—sun, earth, air/water, and joy—while the wave and arrow motifs reflect continuous learning and upward growth. Even the color palette and materials used were thoughtfully aligned with the brand’s vision.
Result

MJBC streamlined operations across all franchises, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

We enhanced the brand’s quality by developing a postmodern franchise guideline, enabling the client to communicate their vision with clarity. The improvements led to a surge in new franchise openings. With a refreshed image, the client was thrilled with the results, experiencing a significant boost in both brand presence and satisfaction.
